    Both our Guide, Sabrina and Driver were excellent. The only downsides were some of the Hotels that were well below the standard we expected. Hotel Mercure had lovely and helpful staff but the place needs a make-over. Hotel Catalunya was the only hotel that could be described as being 4 Star. A pity we had only one night here. Hotel Sardegna Termale had very little going for it but, worse, it was too far from the nearest town so, our two evenings were very dull. Hotel II Querceto

    The second part of the tour to the Aoelian Islands was outstanding - great excursions and accommodation and meals. The first part of the tour around Palermo and Catania was informative. The accommodation was excellent in these locations but some lunch meals were sub-standard.

    We have never done a guided group tour before so we were a bit nervous. We had an exceptional time! Vitalli was so knowledgeable and gave us so much wonderful information about the cities and places we toured. We fell in love with Switzerland and would absolutely do it all over again.
