Athens
You'll land at Athens International Airport and take a private transfer into the city center to your hotel. After you check in, the rest of the day is yours to wander around and get familiar with Athens at your own pace before heading back to rest.

- Day 2
Athens
This morning starts with a guided walking tour of the Acropolis where you'll see the Parthenon, Erechtheion, Propylaea, and Temple of Athena Nike with a local guide. From the top you get great views across Athens. After that, you'll check out the Acropolis Museum. The afternoon is free for you to explore the city however you like.

Athens - Delphi - Kalambaka
You'll board an air-conditioned bus heading northwest through the Greek countryside toward Delphi. Around noon you arrive at the archaeological site where you can see the Temple of Apollo and walk around the area. After lunch, the bus continues through Central Greece past Lamia and Trikala, finally reaching Kalambaka at the base of the Meteora rock formations. There's a quick stop for local souvenirs before you check into your hotel.

Kalambaka - Thessaloniki
Following breakfast, you'll visit two of the most impressive monasteries at Meteora, which sits on UNESCO's World Heritage list. These monasteries perch on towering rock formations with valley views all around. After exploring the monasteries, you'll transfer to Orfeas Hotel to meet your Ajdini's Travel guide, then head on toward Thessaloniki.

- Day 5
Thessaloniki - Sofia
After breakfast at the hotel, you'll travel toward Sofia, Bulgaria's capital. The route includes a significant stop at Rila Monastery in the Rila Mountains where you can see intricate frescoes and the architecture. Once you reach Sofia, there's time to visit Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, St. Sofia Basilica, the National Art Gallery, and the Presidential Palace. Your guide might also suggest postponing these visits until the following morning depending on arrival time.

After breakfast, you'll transfer to Bucharest, Romania's capital. On the way there's lunch in Veliko Tarnovo, which was once the capital during the Bulgarian Empire period. When you arrive in Bucharest, you'll check into your hotel and have free time to explore the city on your own.

- Day 7
Bucharest
After breakfast, you have the option to take a full-day trip to Transylvania visiting Bran Castle (known for its Dracula connection), the medieval town of Braşov, and Peles Castle to see the history and scenery of the region before returning to Bucharest. If you prefer, you can skip this and spend the day exploring Bucharest at your own pace instead.

Once the tour finishes, you'll travel to the airport for your flight to Istanbul. After you arrive, a transfer takes you to your hotel where you'll have leisure time to explore the city.

After breakfast at your hotel, a guide picks you up for a half-day city tour through Istanbul's historical center. You'll see Hagia Sophia with its massive dome and then head to the Sultanahmet Mosque, checking out the intricate tilework and blue interior. From there, you can wander through the Grand Bazaar, trying local street food like simit and roasted chestnuts as you navigate the maze of shops. By afternoon, you board a boat for a Bosphorus cruise where the waterway separates Europe and Asia, giving you views of both continents, waterfront neighborhoods, and the city's skyline from the water.
