Itinerary

Day 1
Cusco
Your hotel pickup happens around 6 am, then you'll drive about 3 hours through the South Valley to get to the trailhead. From there, the hike takes 3 to 4 hours and passes Lake Pomacanchi and the Apurímac Canyon before reaching Waqrapukara's Inca Temples. You'll have a picnic lunch with great views, then spend about 1.5 hours walking around this sacred site. After that, it's the hike back down and you should be returning to Cusco by around 6 pm.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before January 5th, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 5th, 2026, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Crossover Peru. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
