A group of friends took the services of Vidal Expeditions to climb the snowy Qampa 5,520 meters. Our guide Carlos was always very attentive and responsible, the equipment was very safe as well as the camping equipment.
The food was well organized, we always had 3 different dishes every day.
Definitely will be well recommended in Mexico.

Qampa climb!! We had 2 incredible days hiking and climbing Qampa mountain around the Ausangate, we were only 2 people who decide to climb this mountain with 5,520m and took the service of Vidal Expeditions.
They were great answering our emails and Vidal the owner provide us every details of this trip, our mountain guide was Urbano (Aka Chino) who made even better this two days trip, we hike and visited the 7 lakes on the first day, and he took incredible photos. The second day we woke up super early in order to reach the summit early morning to see the sunrise, after a few hours hike and climb we finally got the summit and got incredible views.
Whole team were great for this adventure and I definitely recomment this climb for everyone who wants to experience climbing a mountain over 5,500m. and ask for Chino then you will thanks me later.

A friend and I had a great few days climbing Qampa, around Ausangate, Vidal Expeditions organized the whole excursion wonderfully, and our guide Chino even gave the final touch, very funny, informative and well responsible with all the details, all the logistics were well organized by the entire VE team. We are very satisfied with the service we received from this team, the food, the climbing equipment and everything we needed to have a great time. I highly recommend anyone who wishes to explore this mountain to go with Vidal Expeditions and look to Chino for guidance.

FANTASTIC!! There is not word to describe how incredible is this place, after hiking a few hours we turn to see nice lakes and llamas around it.
Qampa was there at the top of our eyes. Vinerson our guide show up all the route we should follow the next day, After a few hours more we arrived our campsite.
The second day the goal was to reach the summit and we did it, after a cold morning we got the summit about 6:30am and had best view ever.
For me it was more that just a climb I turned real one of my dream to reach over 5000m. and Vinerson was excellent guiding us to it. a big thanks to this guide and Vidal Expeditions for this wonderful days. I highlight recommend Vinerson and VE.

We climbed the Qampa mountain 5520m. it was such a great experience to be my first time reaching that altitude, our guide was Chino who were really good. His experience made us to feel safe along the route. whole team worked very well too.

Qampa Climb!!! We were thinking if we willl climb or not beacuse the weather in Cusco was not good at the previous days. After many opinions of Vidal (The owner) we decided to go there. The first day was little cold but enough to resist. after to spent the night at the base camp finally we start our climb with the purpose to get the summit of the mountain 5,520m. We were so lucky with the weather and had incredible sunrise. Thank you very much Chino and Vidal Expeditions for this best journey. I am going to back to climb the hightest mountain Ausangate the next year.

Qampa summit!!!
After a few hours to hike around the seven lakes, my guide Chino and me we got the summit of the Qampa mountain 5,520m. We were so lucky with the weather and had incredible sunrise.
Thank you very much Chino and Vidal Expeditions for this best journey. I am going to back to climb the hightest mountain Ausangate the next year.

What a great experience climbing Qampa mountain with our fantastic guide Chino, to be honest this two days tour was the highlight of my trip in Peru, better that Inca Trail, Machu Picchu itself. The extraordinary views we got hiking to the best camp was unique experience and the best one was once we reach the summit of the Qampa mountain 5,520 meters and Chino was professional high mountain leading us to the top of this mountain. The sunrise from the Summit was a lifetime experience, to be here changed my entire life and understood how important is to take our time to explore and do things that we think those are impossible til we try these. I am so proud of myself and thanks to Chino for the motivations and help me to see the life on different way. I am sure I will back the next year to climb the highest mountain in Cusco, Ausangate.

From the beginning to the end great services. our tour guide Raul, picked us up from the airport we made lasting memories. He guided us on tours of the Inca sites around Cusco city Inca temple, Sacsayhuman, and Tambomachay. We then did the 1 day short Inca trail that led to Machu Picchu and stayed overnight in Aguas Calientes. Raul accompanied us on the Sacred Valley and Salt Mines tour along with the full day Rainbow Mountain trek which was a great experience, Thanks to Vidal Expeditions team to make of this trip unforgettable...Definitely will recommed this company.
