Venice
You'll arrive in Venice and check into your hotel, then meet up with the group for an orientation about the opera adventure. A welcome dinner is included, so you'll get to know your fellow travelers right away.

Venice
After breakfast, you'll walk through Venice hitting San Marco Square and wandering the narrow alleys with their stone footbridges. The afternoon is yours to explore, and you might take a boat out to Murano, Burano, or Torcello if you like. Later that evening, you'll head to La Fenice Opera Theatre for Dialogue des Carmelites by Francis Poulenc.

Venice to Milan
You'll catch a train to Milan after breakfast, arriving at Italy's fashion and business hub. After checking into your hotel, the afternoon is free to wander around on your own. That evening, the group has a pizza dinner together, and then you'll join in bar hopping around Milan's gay scene.

- Day 4
Lake Como and Bellagio
This morning after breakfast, a private tour takes you around Lake Como, visiting Bellagio and seeing the elegant villas and landscapes at a relaxed pace. You'll grab lunch by the lake with views (you'll cover this yourself), then head back to Milan.

Milan
You'll start at Duomo Square for a guided tour of Milan's main sights, then go through Milan's Cathedral (entrance fee on your own), walk the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and check out the Brera district. After lunch and free time, you'll attend Norma by Vincenzo Bellini at La Scala Opera House in the evening.

Milan to Verona
The high-speed train takes you to Verona after breakfast. You'll settle into your hotel in this small city famous for Romeo and Juliet, then have the afternoon to explore at your own pace.

Verona
A guided tour walks you through Verona's streets and squares following Shakespeare's story, stopping at Juliet's tomb, Romeo's house, and Juliet's balcony while learning the history behind the legend. You'll also see the Della Scala family palaces. The rest of your day is free, including time for shopping. A farewell dinner is included, and then you'll attend Aida by Giuseppe Verdi at the Arena of Verona, the world's largest open-air opera house.
