- Day 1
Venice
You'll arrive in Venice and get yourself to the hotel, then join everyone for a welcome meeting. After that, the CEO takes you on an orientation walk through the city as the sun sets, giving you a real sense of how Venice looks and feels when the light changes.

Murano Island
Head out to Murano Island in the morning to watch glass blowers working with traditional Renaissance methods. A local expert talks through the island's glassmaking history. Back in Venice by afternoon, you can do your own thing - hit up museums, try a food tour, grab coffee at a café, or take a gondola ride.

Cinque Terre
Drive through northern Italy's landscape to La Spezia, then catch a train to Monterosso al Mare. You can either hike with a local guide from Monterosso to Vernazzo (moderate difficulty, through terraced areas), or travel between villages by train with the CEO. Evening is free to walk around La Spezia.

- Day 4
La Spezia to Florence
Start your morning in Cinque Terre on your own or join the CEO for a visit to Portovenere with its colorful waterfront. Later you'll head south to Florence where the CEO walks you through the old streets. Stop for an aperitivo and light dinner at a local bar, then stroll back as the buildings light up at night.

Florence
Take a guided walking tour with a local through Florence's Renaissance heart. See Il Duomo's architecture from outside, check out Piazza della Signoria, cross Ponte Vecchio, and learn about the Medici family. Stop at a market for local products like Pecorino cheese (this is your lunch). Spend the rest of the day checking out museums and piazzas.

There's an optional dinner with the group if you want it. Later, head up to Piazzale Michelangelo to see the sunset over Florence like the locals do.
