Victor· May 19th, 2025Do NOT book any trip with Euroriente. And I will explain why. I am a world traveler. I’ve been to more than 85 countries. I booked my last trip to Turkey with Euroriente. What a nightmare! First the hotel. I booked a category A hotel. But in Istanbul they put me in a hotel there was 2hs to downtown Istanbul. Since Istanbul is a big city traffic is crazy. One evening it took me 2:30hs to get back to my hotel. That’s insane!!! Second. They are SO disorganized. On the second day they asked me to wait at 7am at my hotel reception. I waited for ONE hour until they came to pick me up for the morning tour. No explanation, nothing. Third when you read the itinerary there are some optional tours (very commom in many tours). What they don’t tell you is that if you do not hire their optional tours they won’t take you back to your hotel. That was my second day. I didn’t know the language, the city and remember. My hotel was 2hs from downtown Istanbul. What a nightmare to find my way back. Since it was around 5:30pm and with a huge traffic I wasn’t able to get uber back. I had to wait 1 hour until an uber finally accepted my ride. Fourth. The tour guides are so unprepared. Don’t give the right information. Are so confused. They don’t communicate properly. It was unbelievable. As soon as I left Istanbul I decided to just use the transportation and the hotel they had already booked for me. All the other I decided to do on my own. Which I realized it was way cheaper than Euroriente charges. For example. The hot ballon ride in cappadocia Euroriente charges 320 euros. I found a much better one for 250 euros. All the other optimal experiences was way more expensive if you hire from Euroriente than if you hire from an ever better agency. And the list goes on. Thus, PLEASE do YOU a favor. DO NEVER BOOK ANY TRIP IF EURORIENTE. it’s a nightmare!!! You will regret so much. There are SO MANY travel agencies in Turkey. Why would you hire the worse one?Show moreTrip date: May 2025
