Also do feel free to give those that are ALWAYS late, one chance then blast them as our guide was too weak to do the right thing and that was to leave them behind. Honestly these self important a-holes caused us to be rushed and late more often than not. And just to top it all off, the guide we had read from a script - we are talking zero local knowledge. We would have just liked a few more cultural experiences included and a bit longer at some of the stopping points. Rather than visiting small towns and browsing shops/spending more money, I would have preferred a cultural experience. The positives were that admission to almost all the attractions were included in the cost and there were no extra costs. The guides really did a great job to make everything (e.g., hotel check-ins) seamless for visitors so we can just go and relax after a long day. The hotels were great and breakfast quality was superb.
