  The Tour guides did a great job with sharing information however the backend admin was a let down with sorting out accommodation especially when it was booked 5 months prior with extra nights. Can improve with better communication.

  Poorly planned and executed. Merged several groups together with little oversight or control, losing valuable time in picking up members, and then losing members who had to find their own way back to hotel. Europamundo scheduled a Sunday Madrid city center tour (23 April, 2023) when a major marathon blocked half the streets and our bus couldn't get close. Europamundo had no backup plan. Promised English on tour, but Monday and Tuesday got very little (under 30 second blurbs) when merged yet again with other tour groups. Claire had to look up English words on her smart phone. Raquel had better command of language, but refused to speak it, "You are with Claire." Left in Barcelona on "free time" with no thought of returning us to hotel outside town until members revolted and demanded transfer back. Nobody got hurt, but we consider ourselves survivors of a disaster tour.

  it was very confuse and afraid when we arrived nobody could give us info what to do next (as per info when we talk to Europamundo that wil have welcome at the aiirport and when we arrived to the hotel we are going yo received a program of hours, places and what will be next, we have no idea the tour-radar will be our guide. during Madrid time was very goid but when we arrived to Barcelona the last day we went with the group but was no arrengment to bring us back to the hotel wich we has to pay 35 euros for a taxi to get back on our owen. ( this was the expierence not only ours but also a couple with a child, 2 other single persons and my friend, her husband and my husband and I. . Comunicacion between Europamundo and the 3rd parties left us in the middle of unknown city totaly on our own to get back to the hotel.

  i woukd have given 5 stars. 4 stars for trip was comfortable.-1 star Lady Guide was not explaining in english. felt very bad. and most of the places from itenary were not covered.

  The hotel we stayed in in Barcelona was not great! Very few amenities and quite far from town. I am glad they were full and could not accommodate us fir our extended stay!
