  We enjoyed. The trip was well planned, activities of value and very interesting. From when we left Istanbul our guide, Serhat, WAS FANTASTIC AND I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. He is a walking treasure of knowledge on Turkey and we loved him. Some positive criticism, 1)the fact that it was an English and Spanish group with 2 tour guides in one bus that had to compete for the microphone, did not work well and was a big irritation. 2) The first two days in Istanbul had too much open time if you did not take the extras, which was very expensive. I would have preferred the trip to start with travel on the second day, and rather have the free time in Istanbul at the end of the trip. On the first two days, because we did not take the extras, we were not dropped off at the hotel after our excursion and had to find our own way back to the hotel. 3)the first two days in Istanbul we were part of a Spanish group. There was an English tour guide that gave us very little information and we could not understand what the Spanish tour guide was explaining to her group. 4) on the second last day of the tour we had to leave our group and join a new group, as the rest of our group had a different itinerary. The last two days were unpleasant as we knew nobody in the new group, most of the people were Spanish and we did not feel part of the group. We missed Serhat, our previous tour guide, and his knowledgeable discussions very much in the last part of our tour.

  We really enjoyed our trip with Europamundo. All arrangements were made smoothly and we could reach out conveniently for additional support. Our guides and drivers were super helpful and introduced to so many local Turkish traditions. We would highly recommend this trip for people looking to visit Turkey for the first time.

  We really enjoyed our trip with Europamundo. My wife managed the trip and all arrangements were made smoothly. Our guides and drivers were super helpful and introduced to so many local Turkish traditions. We would highly recommend this trip for people looking to visit Turkey for the first time.

  We had an amazing time on this trip. This was our first trip to Turkiye and we are tremendously glad that we chose the operator, Europamundo. All arrangements were well planned and communicated in advance. The chat support also proved truly handy. We would like to share our immense gratitude to our guides and drivers who welcomed us and introduced us to the rich culture. We will highly recommend this trip for first time travellers or elderly travellers.

  I have taken this tour in conjunction with TourRadar and EuropaMundo in Nov/Dec 2023. From booking to payment went very well and EuropaMundo conducted the tour in a professional way. Accommodations, meals, couch were excellent. A very good tour to remember. I will recommend it to others.

  It was excellent tour we have undertaken. From booking to payment were good and tour was conducted in a professional way. Couch, food and hotels were very good. Airport rep need more info to check name and hotel prior to boarding the taxi. Due to that we were put on a different taxi and need to go back to the airport to swap with another Taxi.

  The turkish cokours tour met my expectations, and i would not hesitate to recommend europamundo to someone based on it. Though optional excursions are pricey, the services and experiences included in the initial price are excellent. Taksim and the bosphorous cruise were highlights for me for the included İstanbul activities, and i appreciated the generous free time to explore sultanahmet

  Our revised itinerary did not include several things that we had booked. Disappointed we didn’t get the high speed train, the cable car and basically left on our own the first day of the tour after visiting the mosque, walked to the Grand Bazaar and had to wait 5 hours for our bus back to the hotel or get a taxi. Didn’t get to see the fishing village and several other sites that were listed.We we’re told we had to pay extra for the longer tour.on the plus side hotels used were of a good standard.

Also a big appreciation for the Tour Radar website that is so informative and great in keeping the potential traveller up to date with trip details.
