The tour guides need to be a bit more engaging and passionate about sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm with visitors. Meals were basic. Lodging was good. Flights were in the evening or late night after the tour which ended early around 1 pm. We were advised to check out of the hotel before leaving for the tour so when we got back we were expected to wait in the "lobby" for 7-12 hours prior to the flight leaving. My hotels didn't have a lobby per se but an outdoor patio and it was cold. They did eventually come and take me back to the airport at my insistence but I was at a small airport for 7 hours which is untenable. It would have been better for the company to book the hotel for another day so patrons at least have the comfort of their own space. Other than that logistical problem, the tour guides themselves were informative and punctual. The buses and drivers were comfortable. - Jay· January 2nd, 2024In general, we like the trip. But it could be better. Pro: - Overall the trip is well designed. The schedule is not too tight. - Good communications with the tour agency. - Food is good. - Hotels are OK but not great. - Price is good compared with similar tours from this site but other agencies. - The size of the group is small. For us, they were from 2 to 8 people. Cons: - The price is on the very high side compared to going to the cities and book the local tours. - The flight from cappadocia to Ismir is scheduled very late. If on schedule, we would arrive at the hotel at 3AM. But our flight was delayed and detoured, we didn't arrive until almost 7 AM. And we had to go to a tour starting at 9AM. Since we let our pick driver go, we had to pay about US$70 for a taxi by ourself. - The local tour guide at the Pamukkale can be more informative, we were worried if we have enough time to catch the flight. Turkey is a very safe country to travel to. There are no need for them to be afraid of coming here as they will be with their guides when they are travelling. Even when they are alone, they just need to take the same precautions as any other western country in the world. Also, the Turkish Spa (Hamam) would certainly be possible, their guide would be assisting them in arranging this when they are here.

We can arrange for your return flight to be to any airport in İstanbul, however, please consult us with your planned flight prior to purchasing your ticket so that we may check if there are any suitable flights that would allow you to catch your next flight.
