Itinerary
- Day 1
Lisbon
You'll arrive at your hotel and have the rest of the day to settle in at your own pace. Stop by the reception desk in the afternoon to check the information boards and get details about upcoming tour activities.
- Day 2
Lisbon
This morning takes you on a sightseeing tour through Lisbon's seven hills, winding through charming alleys and streets lined with traditional tiles. You'll head to Belem to see where Portuguese navigators once departed. The afternoon is free, so you can wander through Bairro Alto and check out its viewpoint. Later you'll be picked up from Restauradores Square and returned to your hotel.

Lisbon to Madrid
An early departure takes you across the Alentejo region. You'll stop in Estremoz for coffee and a walk around its medieval castle and streets. After that, continue to Caceres in Spain for lunch and time to walk through the well-preserved medieval center. Later you'll arrive in Madrid by evening and transfer to Plaza Mayor area.

Madrid
Your morning includes a comprehensive tour of central Madrid, covering Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcala, Plaza de Colon, and Plaza Mayor. You'll also visit Retiro Park to see the lake and Palacio de Cristal. The afternoon is yours to spend freely. Admission to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium (Real Madrid's home) is included. By evening you'll transfer back to your hotel.

Madrid to Barcelona
You'll travel through Castile into Aragon, stopping in Zaragoza to see the Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar. Next comes Poblet Abbey, one of the world's best-preserved medieval monasteries, with admission included. Then you'll head to Barcelona, arriving in the evening.

Barcelona to Girona
This morning's tour shows you Barcelona and its connection to Gaudi's modernist buildings, the bustling Ramblas, and historical sites from the Universal Exposition and Olympics. Later you'll travel north into Catalonia. You'll walk through Girona's historic center to see colorful houses, the old Jewish quarter, and its impressive cathedral before settling into your hotel for the night.

Girona to Chambery
You'll travel through Provence to Arles, a UNESCO World Heritage city linked to Van Gogh. The Roman theater and Romanesque churches give you plenty to see, plus time for lunch. Then comes Carrieres des Lumieres, an underground art space in an ancient quarry with art and sound installations. By evening you'll reach Chambery, the historic capital of Savoy with its medieval center and castle.

Chambery to Leysin
Today takes you to Geneva, where you'll visit Palais des Nations (the UN headquarters in Europe), the English Garden with its famous flower clock, and the Jet d'Eau fountain. After that, head to the walled village of Gruyeres, known for cheese. You'll tour the Maison Cailler Chocolate Factory with admission and tasting included. Next is Chillon Castle on Lake Geneva shores (admission included). You'll finish in Leysin, a holiday village with views of the Rhone Valley and Mont Blanc. Dinner is included.

Mountain scenery dominates today. You'll take a cable car up to Glacier 3000, where you can walk on the suspended bridge between peaks, explore the Ice Cathedral, or enjoy the Fun Park. Later you'll stop in Interlaken for lunch. Then continue to Lucerne. By evening you'll arrive in Zurich with time to explore the center before heading to your hotel.

Zurich to Milan
An early departure from Zurich takes you across the Alps into the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland. First stop is Bellinzona, where three medieval castles perch on hills overlooking the city. You'll have free time to wander around. Later cross into Italy and stop in Como for lunch, then continue to Milan. Your guide will show you Piazza del Duomo, and you'll have time to walk around before heading to your hotel.

Milan to Rome
You'll travel to Pisa and take a small tourist train to Piazza dei Miracoli, where you can see the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and other parts of this important art complex. Then head to Rome, arriving later in the day.

Rome
Your morning includes a three-hour guided tour combining walking through Imperial Rome with a panoramic bus ride. You'll see the Arch of Constantine, the Colosseum exterior, the Imperial Forums, Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Basilica of Saint Mary Major, the Pyramid of Cestius, and Castel Sant'Angelo. The tour ends at Vatican City around 11:00 a.m. You can optionally visit the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Later you'll head to Trastevere for dinner and return to your hotel around 8:30 p.m.

Rome to Florence
You'll leave Rome heading north through beautiful landscapes. In Florence, start at Piazzale Michelangelo for city views. Then walk toward the historic center where a local guide will take you to see Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Piazza della Signoria after lunch. The afternoon is free to explore on your own. There are plenty of dining options in the evening with international cuisines available.

You'll tour the Murano Glass Factory to watch how this ancient glass is created. After that, you'll have free time to explore on your own. You'll stay in the Mestre district for the night.
