I must admit I was a bit disappointed with this tour. It was a tour where there were people joining and leaving the tour every 2-3 days and this made things very Chaotic. We had about 4 different guides throughout the trip and it was very difficult to know what was going on. A lot of misinformation and lack of information really increased the stress level. We were given wrong meeting times for the mornings occasionally and were nearly left behind because of it. Some hotels had postings in the lobby, and some did not. One hotel had several groups all from the same tour company, but going to different locations. We were told to meet at 07:45 and who our guide would be. Come to find out we were supposed to meet at 07:15 and had a different guide and there was no posting for our group. Hotels were average at best and only had one night that had satisfactory air conditioning resulting in many hot uncomfortable nights. Breakfast at a lot of hotels were disappointing. Bus windows were dirty and made it impossible to take pictures along the way. Not enough time in some cities so basically you had time to get lunch and that was it.

I was impressed by the quality of hotels, busses, and activities for the price. But this tour is trying to jam way too many places in a short time. So many cities we literally only got like 30 minutes to an hour in which was extremely disappointing. Not being able to stay on the bus for places that you aren’t interested in or the weather is bad is lame. Some of the busses didn’t have working outlets. Checking in to the hotels at 10 pm and leaving at 6 am was EXHAUSTING. Our tour guide said “this isn’t a vacation it’s boot camp” and he was right

Overall it was good . . What I didn’t like was that I had a previous trip with you and it was with the same people the whole time , with the same guide and we the same driver . In this trip I change the guides and the people almost everyday . I really didn’t enjoyed it at all . The whole thing of the trip is making friends during the trip and have fun while you are tripping around . Is like been with family . In this case wasn’t like that every day was different people and also different buses . That was what I didn’t like . The hoteles were very nice . Thank you and I hope that in the future you will change it .
