The first travel guide speaks English but almost all the travelers can’t understand due to heavy accent and he can’t explain well so we all are confused. The 2nd travel guide is much better really good English but the 3rd one her name is Carmen she’s very rude. She’ was not prepared and very disorganized. 1st stop in Rome tour 7 of us didn’t have tickets for the Forum to get in. She just told us no big deal haha and didn’t even apologize. We have to pay another ticket to get in even if this is included in the package. Still in Rome with Carmen on 2nd stop to visit the Vatican Museum and again my husband and i didn’t receive the headphones and radio and again she said “no big deal” hahaha. For the 2nd time.
