Arrival
You'll be transferred to your hotel and given time to settle in. Stop by the reception desk to check the information boards for details about when your tour starts.

Rome
Start with a three-hour guided tour that combines walking through Imperial Rome with a panoramic bus ride. You'll see the Arch of Constantine, Colosseum exterior, Imperial Forums, and other key sites before reaching Vatican City around 11:00 a.m. The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel are available if you want to go. Later that evening, a transfer takes you to Trastevere for dinner and entertainment, returning around 8:30 p.m.

Rome
The day is completely free to explore Rome on your own. If you're interested, there's an optional excursion available. April through October, you can visit Capri, or from November to March, an option for Naples and Pompeii is offered.

- Day 4
Castiglione del Lago - Siena
You'll head through Umbria starting in Orvieto, a medieval city sitting high on a hilltop. Take escalators up to the medieval center and check out the Gothic cathedral from the viewpoint. Next is Castiglione del Lago along Lake Trasimeno for a walk and lunch. Later, drive to Siena in Tuscany and spend the afternoon around the famous Piazza del Campo and the Duomo.

Siena to Florence
You'll leave Siena and head to Monteriggione, a medieval village where cobbled streets wind through ancient walls. From there, it's on to San Gimignano, known for those distinctive tall medieval towers scattered across the town. After grabbing lunch, you'll drive toward Florence and arrive in the early afternoon, giving you time to settle in before evening.

- Day 6
Florence
Your morning starts at the Michelangelo viewpoint for those classic Florence photos. The city stretches out below you, and you get why they call it the cradle of the Renaissance. From there, you walk into the historic center, where a guide takes you through the major sites. The Gothic Duomo di Firenze stands tall with its distinctive dome. The Ponte Vecchio bridge always draws a crowd - goldsmith shops line both sides, and you can see them working in their tiny workshops. Piazza della Signoria comes next, with its medieval buildings and impressive sculptures. The square feels alive with street performers and cafe tables spilling onto the cobblestones. After the tour, you'll have the afternoon free. You might grab lunch in one of the side streets near the square, or maybe visit one of the smaller museums you saw on your walk. The city invites you to wander - just follow your interest through the narrow alleys and hidden squares.

Leave Florence for Pisa to see the Leaning Tower and its surrounding artistic area. Travel along the scenic Italian Riviera to Sestri Levante, a seaside resort town where you'll have lunch and can stroll around. By mid-afternoon, you're in Monte Carlo visiting the historic casino. You'll arrive in Nice around 8:00 p.m.

After breakfast, take a panoramic coach tour of Nice along the Promenade des Anglais, passing through Massena Square and the old port. Head to Saint-Maxime to check out its historic center and the 16th-century Square Tower. Board a scenic boat heading to Saint-Tropez to see luxury yachts in the old fishing port, with time to explore and have lunch. Later, continue to Marseille to see the busy Vieux Port (Old Port).

Avignon - Pont du Gard - Barcelona
You'll explore Provence starting in Aix-en-Provence, where painter Paul Cezanne was born. Walk through the historic center with its narrow streets, fountains, and charming squares. Continue to Avignon, a walled city on the Rhone where you can stroll and enjoy lunch. Next is the Pont du Gard, a Roman aqueduct and UNESCO World Heritage Site with admission included. Then head toward Catalonia, arriving in Barcelona in the evening.

You'll learn about Gaudi's modernist architecture, the busy Ramblas, and its history from the Universal Exposition and Olympics. The afternoon is free to explore on your own. That evening, you're transferred to Maremagnum, a contemporary entertainment and dining complex near Plaza de Colon where you can walk around and choose from various restaurants.
