- Day 2HalifaxThis morning a Local Specialist leads you through Halifax's main sights, then you'll head to the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic to learn about the region's shipbuilding history, World War convoys, and the Titanic connection. After that, you walk through the Citadel National Historic Site, which dates back to the mid-18th century and offers nice views over the harbor. - Meals

- Day 3Halifax to BaddeckYou'll start at the Millbrook Cultural and Heritage Centre to hear about Indigenous Mi'kmaq legends and history. From there, you cross the Canso Causeway onto Cape Breton Island and drive to Baddeck, a quiet coastal village where inventor Alexander Graham Bell had summer homes. The setting's quite peaceful for an evening. - Meals

- Day 4BaddeckToday's all about the drive through Cape Breton Highlands National Park on the Cabot Trail, with dramatic coastal views and highland scenery throughout. You might spot moose, bald eagles, or whales in the Gulf of the St. Lawrence if you're lucky. Back in Baddeck by evening, you'll have free time to walk around the village. - Meals

- Day 5Baddeck to CharlottetownYou visit the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site to see his inventions and learn about his work and innovations. Then it's across the Northumberland Strait to Prince Edward Island and into Charlottetown. Dinner tonight is at the PEI Preserve Company, so you'll get a local feel right away. - Meals

- Day 6CharlottetownA Local Specialist takes you through Prince Edward Island, stopping at Prince Edward Island National Park and the literary landmark Green Gables. Lunch is at Brackley Bay where you'll meet Robbie Shaw, who runs one of the island's oldest family-operated tourist accommodations, now in its fourth generation. You'll hear the property's history over a meal with water views. - Meals

- Day 7Charlottetown to Saint JohnYou cross into New Brunswick via the Confederation Bridge, then head to Shediac Bay where a Local Specialist takes you out for a traditional lobster lunch on the boat (depending on weather). From there you continue south to the Bay of Fundy to see Hopewell Rocks and walk on the ocean floor when the tide's out. The day ends in Saint John, the port city. - Meals

- Day 8Saint John to HalifaxA ferry takes you across the Bay of Fundy to Digby, then you explore Lunenburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walking with a Local Specialist, you pass 18th century and Victorian buildings, then visit the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic to see Tall Ships and learn about Nova Scotia's fishing heritage. Back in Halifax, dinner with the group wraps up the highlights of your trip. - Meals

- Day 9Halifax to Peggy's CoveYou head to Peggy's Cove on St. Margaret's Bay, a spot that's long been popular with painters and photographers for its rocky shoreline and character. From there it's back to Halifax by around 12:00 pm, giving you time to head to Stanfield International Airport or to stay longer if you'd like. - Meals
