I have never considered myself a group trip type person but I guess I can’t say that any longer. I had a fabulous time. I loved my group we had so much fun together. I especially loved my guide Wira. What an amazing person. He really made the trip. He was always there for us; for what ever we needed or wanted to do. I felt looked after and cared for. Wira was so knowledgeable, sharing so much of Balinese culture. He was extremely professional yet fun and charming. All the places we stayed were wonderful. The activities were just about the right amount. Still giving us enough free time to explore. I particularly liked the less mainstream activities like the eco farm and blessings. He brought authentic enthusiasm and shared pertinent information and tips with each day’s agenda. He went above and beyond. If anyone in the group had a special request, every single time he would make it happen. He gave us permission to be as involved in the trip as we wanted. But I wanted to be a part of all of it. The itinerary was versatile and adventurous and the accommodations were impressive. As a solo female traveling, I enjoyed making new friends and leaving all the planning and coordination up to Maman. I can’t speak highly enough about Culture Trips. I plan on doing other trips in the future and will definitely be a repeat customer.
