Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Arusha
You'll arrive at Kilimanjaro or Arusha Airport and meet your guide for the transfer to your hotel. If there's time before evening, stop by the Cultural Heritage Centre to learn about Tanzania's different cultures and pick up any supplies you might need. Dinner happens at your hotel, giving you a chance to settle in and rest up before the safari starts tomorrow.

Landmarks/POIs Cultural Heritage Centre - Day 2
Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, you'll drive out to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of wildlife viewing. The morning and afternoon game drives let you search for tree-climbing lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and flamingos scattered throughout the park. You'll have a picnic lunch right inside the park, then later drive to Karatu where you'll stay at Marera Valley Lodge for dinner and the night.

Ngorongoro Crater
Following breakfast, head to the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that's like nothing else. You'll descend into this natural crater formation for a game drive where you might spot the Big Five and plenty of other wildlife. A picnic lunch happens at a scenic spot inside the crater itself, and by evening you'll return to Marera Valley Lodge to relax by the fireplace after dinner.

Landmarks/POIs Ngorongoro Crater - Day 4
Tarangire National Park to Arusha
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, which you'll notice right away for its massive elephant herds and ancient baobab trees dotting the landscape. Full day game drives let you see elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, and predators like lions and leopards. You'll have a picnic lunch in the park, then drive back toward Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon or early evening. From there you'll either head to the airport or stay overnight before your departure.
