  I organised a 4 day lodge safari in Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Manyara, communicating directly with Philbert, the company owner. On the morning my safari started, we had a last minute issue due to mobile lodge providers closing down in Serengeti and Ngorongoro, due to covid business impacts. Philbert phoned me personally to explain available alternative accommodation, and arranged for appropriate refunds that were paid immediately to my credit card. The safaris were incredible, including a number of very rare sightings - a full successful lion hunt, a cheetah jumping onto our jeep, and 2 leopards seen in 1 Manyara game drive. Plus all of the big 5, and much more. Philbert also arranged to meet me personally on my final day in Arusha with his driver, and escort me to the airport. He also checked all was well upon my return home.. A very professional, and friendly personal service. I would highly recommend.

  Wonderful, eventful days in Tanzania! In March 2020 we made an excellent and top organized tour with Kirsten and Shungu from "kilimanjarosafariexperience". The rides in the jeep (clear with WiFi) through the national parks with the wildlife experiences - one feast for the eyes after the other. The accommodation in the lodges rounded everything off positively. We were allowed to learn a lot of interesting facts on the trip through the green country. Everything worked out perfectly and according to our wishes. Absolutely calm and professional was the support of the two tour guides when Corona became an issue! They accompanied us amicably until the return flight. A big thank you to Kirsten and Shungu! We miss you, we come back and recommend you with pleasure.

  We booked our safari trip through Kilimanjaro Safari Experience a Travel agency which based in moshi -Kilimanjaro region which situated at the foot of mount kilimanjaro. Our tour main guide was Mr Shungu. he was fantastic. He was very professional at all times, arriving when we agreed even though we were often quite late and always being ready to answer complex or monotonous questions. He also was a great guide while in the parks, able to spot a lot of game that other guides may not have seen. He was clearly very well known and respected among the guides--we could rarely go on a game drive without other guides recognizing him and saying hello. Overall, we highly recommend Kilimanjaro Safari Experience and highly recommend Shungu with his team. Show less

  Tanzania and the Safari is a dream come true. Shungu was a great guide and knew where to go to see the best big game. We saw all the big 5 up close, it was incredible. I would recommend Kilimanjaro Safari Experience for any travelling in Tanzania and Zanzibar. We also climbed Kilimanjaro with the same company. By the way buy as much tanzanite you can there. It is worth double as soon as you get home. I wish I had bought more. Shungu have is great advice when buying and overall was an incredible guy to see his country with.

  KILIMANJARO SAFARI AND EXPERIENCE. We had an excellent, well organised, warm welcoming, very friendly briefing of the safari, the walk, the game drive, the over night stay.. 9 on 10! Shungu from Kilimanjaro safari and experience is highly recommended to ones who would like to come into Tanzania safari and of course, do not miss the Zanzibar beach holiday under one roof!
