Tel Aviv - Jaffa
Meet your guide in central Jaffa and start exploring the city's layers of history. You'll walk through the old streets of Jaffa and then head to Neve Tzedek to see how the city developed. Stop by Carmel Market to try some Israeli food and local specialties. Later, you'll check out the Florentin area with its colorful graffiti walls and street art scene before wrapping up the tour.

Caesarea - Akko - Haifa
Head north along the coast to see three major historical areas in one day. Start at Caesarea where you'll walk through 2000-year-old ruins including an ancient port, amphitheater, and hippodrome. Then move on to Akko, a UNESCO World Heritage site where crusader history is written into the streets and walls. By late afternoon you'll reach Haifa to see the Bahai Gardens and Stella Maris Monastery with views over the coast. There's optional time to explore the German Colony before heading back to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.

Masada - Ein Gedi - Dead Sea
Meet your guide at a central location in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem and travel to Masada. You'll take the cable car up to King Herod's fortress and get a guided tour with views looking out over the Dead Sea. From there, head to Ein Gedi Nature Reserve for a walk through a desert oasis with natural springs. End the day at the Dead Sea where you can float and relax after the morning's hiking and sightseeing.

Jerusalem - Old City
Spend your day in Jerusalem exploring significant biblical and historical places. Start at the City of David, the ancient royal city, then head to the Western Wall where you'll have free time. After that, you'll go into the tunnels beneath the Old City to see how the ancient city was built. Grab lunch somewhere, then visit the Jewish Quarter and see the Tower of David before finishing at Jaffa Gate.

Focus on Jerusalem's museums and modern sites today. Start at the Israel Museum to see historical artifacts and the Shrine of the Books with its Dead Sea Scrolls. On the way to Yad Vashem, you'll pass by the Knesset, Rose Garden, and other government buildings. Spend time at Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial Museum to learn about this important history and reflect.
