- SDSue· June 10th, 2019Our complaint is two fold. Except for our stay at the amazing kibbutz where we had fantastic food and beautiful accommodations, our hotels were average and poor. The Jerusalem Gate was o.k. but not as nice as places I have stayed when on tours with other companies. The Sea Net was a huge disappointment both for its food and room. Ours was tiny and the bathroom shabby. The staff were great and it’s location near the beach was nice but the single elevator was an annoyance. We had to wait a long time while a bus load of people who had checked in got to their rooms. My other complaint was that our group were located at different hotels in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem which meant a long time on the bus going from one hotel to another at the beginning and end of each day. We were all together at the kibbutz hotel and that was fantastic.Show moreTrip date: June 2019

We had a very caring and patient driver Haim, and very knowledgeable tour guides Alex for our tour up north and Solomon for our tour of Jerusalem. Ezra filled in for the first day and he was good too. Even though we missed visiting Masada because of the roads which were closed due to a mudslide after much rain, we enjoyed our tour and it was such a great time we spent I Israel. The itinerary was well planned and we were kept busy every day. We visited more places that what we had anticipated. This was a great tour!
