- JBJanice· August 4th, 2025Full days of fun and beauty We wanted to see some of the National Parks in a short time and this tour delivered. Our tour guide, Justin, was amazing. He was so informative, efficient, and thoughtful of the needs of each person on the tour. This is a lot of information and ground to cover and it takes a special person to handle this so well. 5 Stars for Justin ! Day one - Zion and Bryce Parks Day two - View of Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon (option), Monument Valley Day three - Grand Canyon, Helicopter tour (option), Route 66Show moreBindlestiff Tours commented on this reviewThank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review! - MWMichael· June 23rd, 2025This is the epic trip you wish you booked. The lodging and amenities are good, both the hotel and the camping options (a total surprise.) Food options are very good. Most important - the itinerary and operator organization is outstanding. It is extremely efficient and designed so that you get to see an incredible amount with the maximum viewing time you could expect at each destination. A detailed itinerary was sent in advance including instructions. Tour bus was comfortable and reasoanble stops were made along the way. Our tour guide (Justin) was awesome, entertaining, engaging, responsible and organized. He also set expectations for what we could and could not do at each destination. Keep in mind that the distance is so long between points that you need to make the most of the time you have - and we did. Just as important is the lodging. Each place we stayed was more than adequate and far better than expected. Rooms were nice - and I'd sooner go camping here than stay at the 2 star dumps promised elsewhere. Many will say that it was difficult to find food options at restaurants on other trips - not the case here. Everything is provided reasonably and available. I over packed and brought too much with me expecting the worst. I had some booking difficulties and ended up contacting the company. They were very responsive - email and phone. If you have any difficulty I suggest brushing off one time to try again. They were very up front about everything. It made an opportunity I had the amazing experience I hoped it would be and the desire to return and spend more time again. Highly recommended.Show moreBindlestiff Tours commented on this reviewThanks so much for taking the time to leave a review about your tour, we really appreciate it. - APAdy· June 16th, 2025I just finished a 3 days national parks tour and would like to express my disappointment. My main disappointment was in the lack of guidance. In Zion the website specifies that in Zion park we will ״stroll around the Emerald Pools, enjoy the temple of Sinawava, the Great White Throne and Weeping Rock. Visit the Interpretive human History Museum where you can enjoy an entertaining rangers talk on the patio״. I saw none of these. I just wondered in the park by ourselves, with no guide. There was no guide also in Bryce Canyon. Also, on the highlights list it says” “Cowboys and Indians across Utah’s Wild Wild West” which I assumed it was a show, but the guide did not know what it meant also, so apparently this highlight was another unfulfilled promise. I was also deeply disappointed that very little time (barely 2 hours) was allotted to us in Zion and Bryce and and since there was no guidance , I felt rushed and did not really see these two parks. Another issue was the accommodations and the food. The 3 star hotel rooms were in extremely run down shape, the boxed lunches were cheap sandwiches and chips, and on day three we got a day old sandwiches. I invested a lot of effort, time and money in this trip and I feel we did not get all that was promised to us and all I expected.Show moreBindlestiff Tours commented on this reviewGood afternoon Ady, thank you so much for taking the post your review in addition to sending us an email separately in which we addressed the points below. - CFChris and Julie· June 10th, 2025We booked this tour from Australia not knowing the company but the reviews looked great. We were not disappointed, it was fantastic in every way. We loved the small group focus and even though fast paced, the tour enabled us to see so much of America's natural beauty. If we could rate higher than 5/5, we would! Additionally, our tour guide, John, was professional, personable and knowledgeable! We chose the optional 50 min helicopter ride which was the icing on a magical three days! On a final note, do not miss the optional Antelope Canyon - just magical!Show moreBindlestiff Tours commented on this reviewThank you so much for your incredibly kind words and for awarding us a five-star rating!
