- APAdy· June 16th, 2025I just finished a 3 days national parks tour and would like to express my disappointment. My main disappointment was in the lack of guidance. In Zion the website specifies that in Zion park we will ״stroll around the Emerald Pools, enjoy the temple of Sinawava, the Great White Throne and Weeping Rock. Visit the Interpretive human History Museum where you can enjoy an entertaining rangers talk on the patio״. I saw none of these. I just wondered in the park by ourselves, with no guide. There was no guide also in Bryce Canyon. Also, on the highlights list it says” “Cowboys and Indians across Utah’s Wild Wild West” which I assumed it was a show, but the guide did not know what it meant also, so apparently this highlight was another unfulfilled promise. I was also deeply disappointed that very little time (barely 2 hours) was allotted to us in Zion and Bryce and and since there was no guidance , I felt rushed and did not really see these two parks. Another issue was the accommodations and the food. The 3 star hotel rooms were in extremely run down shape, the boxed lunches were cheap sandwiches and chips, and on day three we got a day old sandwiches. I invested a lot of effort, time and money in this trip and I feel we did not get all that was promised to us and all I expected.Show moreBindlestiff Tours commented on this reviewGood afternoon Ady, thank you so much for taking the post your review in addition to sending us an email separately in which we addressed the points below. - CAChris· June 10th, 2025We booked this tour from Australia not knowing the company but the reviews looked great. We were not disappointed, it was fantastic in every way. We loved the small group focus and even though fast paced, the tour enabled us to see so much of America's natural beauty. If we could rate higher than 5/5, we would! Additionally, our tour guide, John, was professional, personable and knowledgeable! We chose the optional 50 min helicopter ride which was the icing on a magical three days! On a final note, do not miss the optional Antelope Canyon - just magical!Show moreBindlestiff Tours commented on this reviewThank you so much for your incredibly kind words and for awarding us a five-star rating! - CEClaire· June 2nd, 2025Brilliant experience This is a busy but fantastic tour. Minivan is comfortable with good air conditioning Luggage in a towed trailer. We only wanted the Monument Valley when we booked but Zion Antelope and Bryce are all amazing. We had visited the Grand Canyon before but it never fails to impress We wanted the hotel options which were all very good. All arrangements worked flawlessly Our guide Aurora was very informative and always helpful, entertaining and worked very hard I thoroughly recommend this tour. It’s not cheap but is well worth itShow moreBindlestiff Tours commented on this reviewThank you for your gracious words! We’re delighted to hear you enjoyed your tour with Aurora. - JLJan· June 2nd, 2025Great tour, we love the packed schedule to see through amazing canyons within 3 days. The van is well ventilated, comfortable seats for transit. Schedule is well planned and we did not hit any traffic congestion. We especially love our tour guide and driver , Grecia, she has great knowledge of the canyon and tells us interesting information of how it forms and all kinds of interesting stories. She also helps to spot animals in the road which is a fun thing to do absolutely. We see some deers upon her notice. She always checked if we need anything and serve with great passion. We choose the tent option where the company provided all equipments to build with. However if we can choose again we will opt for the lodge because it takes time to pack our stuff and tent in the morning - which means we wake up at least 1 hr earlier than the lodger. :) after a long day of trip sleep is very important. But we are fine with camping and enjoyed ourselves - so if you want to save some money / explore the wild it would still be a great option.Show moreBindlestiff Tours commented on this reviewThank you so much for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review! - DMDonna· June 2nd, 2025The whole trip was wonderful! Accommodations were clean and comfortable, but the locations were outstanding. Every time you thought it couldn't get better...IT DID. Our Guide Craig, was attentive and kept our safety and comfort, his priority. Every day way a brand new adventure. The sights and views were like they came out of a picture book. Lots and Lots of pictures were taken. So pleased with the whole adventure! Would consider doing it all again!Show moreBindlestiff Tours commented on this reviewWe sincerely appreciate you chose Bindlestiff for your tour and your valuable feedback.
