What people love about USA Tours from Las Vegas
- National Parks Tour 3 Days Small Group Tour from Las Vegas
This was my first group tour. My fiance and I were hesitant to book a tour vs. going it alone, as we generally tend to do our own thing on our own schedule. Also, many tours have pretty vanilla itineraries that lack flexibility. Bindlestiff was different and couldn't have worked out better for us. The small group size was great and allowed us to get to know our fellow tour-takers. Our group consisted of really wonderful people from all over the world and this added a cultural enrichment that was quite special. It truly was a pleasure getting to know everyone. Our guide, Vern, was the best! Seriously--so knowledgeable/experienced and a really solid person. He provided us with plenty of options and hikes with varying degrees of difficulty so we could choose the right fit for us. I wish Vern could plan all of our adventures! We saw wonderful sites, did amazing hikes, and made great friends. I highly recommend Bindlestiff and especially Vern.
- Yellowstone & Rocky Mountain Explorer
I did both the 3 day National Parks and 7 day Yellowstone tours with Bindlestiff in September. I loved the Yellowstone tour, the scenery was amazing and our guide, Jen and made sure we got to see as much as possible. The highlights were Grand Teton national park, the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and Mammoth Hot Springs. The national parks tour was also excellent, seeing the sunrise Monument Valley and exploring Antelope Canyon were the highlights on this one. I would definitely recommend both tours with Bindlestiff.
- Journeys: Discover American Canyonlands National Geographic Journeys
Like many other businesses, they are having some staffing issues. This business was particularly affected by the pandemic as nobody traveled for a year and they had to lay off some people. We had some trouble getting through to them on occasion, but when the time came, they knocked it out of the park. It was a great trip from the beginning to the end. Their Nat Geo tours are a little bit higher end and, in my opinion, worth the money. We had enough time at multiple different locations to go on a very lengthy hikes. That was very nice because sometimes tours over program and you can only get as much accomplished as the slowest person on the tour. The portions of the tour that we did as a group were perfect. Coupled with the adequate time that we had to do our own thing, it made for a wonderful trip. We saw Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Antelope Canyon, the Grand Canyon and did some really cool smaller stops along the way. In each of the parks, we had six or seven hours to accomplish some major hikes. Nice hotels, great recommendations for dinners, wonderful people in our group and our tour guide (Megan) was fantastic. We went out to dinner with the group several nights and it was very pleasant. Some nights we did our own thing. Small groups no larger than 15. We had 13 people total. We brought our 13 and 15-year-old boys and they had a great time as well. I highly recommend.
