Good afternoon Ady, thank you so much for taking the post your review in addition to sending us an email separately in which we addressed the points below. Guest feedback allows us the opportunity to improve where needed, and also to clarify any misunderstandings that a guest or guide might have regarding the advertised itinerary. We are very sorry that you feel that your tour fell short of what you had booked. Please also me to clarify on your points below, I spoke with your tour guide and she confirmed that in Zion you rode the park shuttle to the Riverside walk which is the Temple of Sinawava- that the park name for the area and trailhead. En route to the Temple of Sinawava you drove through the Emerald Pools stop, Human History stop and Weeping Rock. We are sorry if you missed those viewpoints but the shuttle routes right past them. This tour advertises a couple of hours in both Zion and Bryce on the same day- upon tracking the vehicle's GPS I can see that this is exactly the time that was given. We appreciate that the parks are stunning and some people travel to just one park for several days, however this tour advertises the two parks in one day as a way to cover the highlights in a short amount of time. In the tour confirmation provided at the time of booking, it clearly mentions that not all walks are guided. Your guide is working diligently behind the scenes whilst guest enjoy the parks to ensure that hotels are checked in and ready, meals are picked up and provided as well as refuelling the vehicle and completing lawful safety checks. Monument Valley is the most well known Cowboys and Indians location in the Southwest-this tour not only visits it, but overnights there. The area is chocked full of western memorabilia and history, including John Wayne old western movies shown each night at your hotel. Perhaps you can elaborate on your point to help us better understand what it is you think you missed or why you expecting something different from what was advertised- this would really help us manage future expectations. We are not sure why you expected a show? In each location there are two hotels - night one is a 3 star Best Western and night two is a Historic Lodge along the rim of Monument Valley. We are sorry you felt that they were run down, however they are exactly as advertised- 3 star hotels. Lunches are made fresh by a local deli here in Las Vegas and then again by Safeway's Deli in Page- we advertise sandwich lunches for this tour. We would very much appreciate the opportunity to speak to you by phone to ensure that we haven't misinterpreted something, and are always happy to discuss guest experience.
