This was a MEMORABLE trip! All 3 staff, Heston, Westinghouse and Alois, were 5 star in every way. I'm my opinion, a better more upscale hotel would be a good start to thus trip. I found the Kenya Comfort Hotel to be seriously lacking. For the amazing day at Maasi Mara, please include the price of the jeep in the tour. There is no way we could have seen what we saw if we had been in the big bus. Please also upgrade the bus to include an electronic ice chest. We all purchased beverages that needed to be chilled, and ice was almost impossible to find. Finally, the tents are old, heavy and difficult to assemble. Please consider a tent upgrade for the future.

The itinerary was perfect and the guide/driver/cook were excellent The only thing I would change is the visit to the Masiii village. I felt it was too dirty and it was sad to see the kids wirh eyes falling their it would not get open

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 24th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 24th, 2025, a minimum payment of $600 is required to confirm your booking with On The Go Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 70 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and On The Go Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
