Itinerary

Day 1
Cairo to Alexandria
Your hotel pickup gets you on the road early for the three-hour drive to Alexandria. Once you arrive, start at Montazah Palace where you'll walk through the grounds overlooking the Mediterranean coastline. Around lunchtime, head to Zoreik Restaurant and have some fresh seafood while taking in views across the palace gardens. After lunch, make your way to the Citadel of Qaitbay, a historic fortress sitting right on the coast that's worth spending time exploring. Later in the afternoon, check out the Bibliotheca, which has nice panoramic views of the city and harbor from up high. Then it's the three-hour drive back to Cairo, arriving by evening.

We had a custom design tour including 3 day cruise on a beautiful dahabiya We were a group of five, family and friends Every step was carefully planned and all ticked like a clock. We were taken care of wonderfully, with much hospitality, all was on time. We had very good accomodations. We had the best guide who accompanied us through the whole time, now a good friend Our trip was the memory of a lifetime! A tour guide is an absolute must at this museum. It is so huge, there is too much to take in on one visit. Mohamed was excellent. He gave us so much information- much more than we would have had from reading the individual cards at each exhibit. He showed us the real highlights. I highly recommend this tour

The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
