Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Tenerife
You'll land at Tenerife South airport and get transferred to Hotel Cuatro Esquinas in San Miguel de Abona. Your local guide will go over what's coming up during the trip. If your flight timing works out, there's a chance to head to El Medano beach, which is just 10 minutes away from the hotel, so you could catch the shores there before settling in for the night.

Landmarks/POIs El Medano - Day 2
Anaga Hiking
After breakfast, you'll head north for about 40 minutes to reach Anaga. The hike takes you through ancient forests and natural landscapes that feel untouched. Your trail runs from Cruz del Carmen down to Punta del Hidalgo, passing through some of the island's most dramatic scenery along the way.

Ferry to La Gomera
A 50-minute ferry from Los Cristianos gets you to La Gomera. Once you're checked into Hotel Torre del Conde, you'll walk through San Sebastián de La Gomera with a local guide. The route covers Torre del Conde, the Asunción church, the archaeological museum, Casa del Pozo de la Aguada, and Casa Bencomo. These are all places Christopher Columbus actually visited.

La Gomera Northern Hike
You'll transfer to Agulo and then start hiking the northern section of La Gomera. The Mirador de Abrantes viewpoint gives you wide views across the landscape. Following the GR 132 trail, you'll move through varied terrain and eventually reach Vallehermoso by afternoon.

El Cedro and Hermigua Hike
Starting from El Contadero, the hike takes you through forests with twisted dragon trees and tall ferns. You'll descend through laurel forest down to El Cedro village, where you can rest at Las Vistas inn. From there, you'll continue into the El Cedro ravine before finishing in Hermigua, a village on the northern coast known for its farming.

Teide National Park Hike
You're back on Tenerife now, heading up into Las Cañadas del Teide. The hike goes to Guajara Mountain, and from the top you can see across the entire National Park with Pico del Teide rising at 3,715 meters (12,188 feet) in the distance.

Ferry to La Palma
The ferry ride to La Palma takes 2.5 hours and you'll see three islands from the water. After arriving in Santa Cruz de La Palma, you'll check into Hotel Holiday Time right by the coast. Later in the afternoon, there's a 2-hour circular walk that takes you past old water mills and leads to the Church of Las Nieves.

La Caldera de Taburiente National Park
You're hiking in La Palma's National Park of La Caldera de Taburiente today. The trek brings you to Roque de Los Muchachos at 2,426 meters (7,959 feet), the island's highest point. From there you'll circle the crater rim, and the views stay impressive the entire way around.

Volcanoes Route
This is your last hiking day, and it's a significant one. You'll walk the Volcanoes Route through the southern mountains along the GR 131 trail, finishing at Fuencaliente. The path goes through volcanic terrain at around 2,000 meters (6,562 feet), passing recent lava fields. If you prefer something shorter, that option is available.
