Sydney - Blue Mountains
After hotel pickup, you'll travel into the Blue Mountains UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stop at Echo Point to see the Three Sisters rock formation, then head to Scenic World for the steepest railway, highest cable car, and a self-guided rainforest boardwalk. Lunch is included, and you'll finish with a visit to Featherdale to see Australian wildlife.

Check out this morning and take a taxi to Central Station. Board the Indian Pacific train and settle into your Gold Class cabin. As you head through the Blue Mountains, you'll have your first on-board dinner with regional flavors and included drinks. The journey across Australia begins on the world's longest straight railway track.

Broken Hill - Adelaide (Indian Pacific Train)
Early morning arrival in Broken Hill gives you off-train time to explore the Silver City. Return for lunch as the train travels through the Flinders Ranges. You'll reach Adelaide in the afternoon with options to join a city tour, visit wine regions like Barossa Valley or McLaren Vale, or check out Adelaide Hills and Hahndorf.

Nullarbor Plain (Indian Pacific Train)
Start the day with breakfast while traveling across the Nullarbor Plain's endless flat landscape along the world's longest straight railway line. Later this evening, you'll have dinner off the train under the stars at Rawlinna in this remote setting (seasonal availability).

Have breakfast as you pass through the rolling hills of the Avon Valley before arriving in Perth. After a final lunch aboard the train, you'll take a taxi to your hotel for a 6-night stay. The rest of the day is free to relax at your hotel or explore the neighborhood and central Perth.

Perth - Fremantle
A guided tour takes you through Perth's main attractions including Kings Park Botanic Gardens, the WACA cricket ground, Perth Mint, Swan Bell Tower, Royal Yacht Club, and St Georges Road. Then you'll head to Fremantle for lunch (your cost), where you can browse shops and markets or walk through charming sandstone buildings. A 1-hour tram ride through Fremantle follows, then a river cruise back to Perth with wine tasting and complimentary tea and coffee.

Perth - Pinnacles Desert (Nambung National Park)
Drive north on quiet back roads to West Coast Honey to learn about honey production. Continue to Lancelin, passing large sand dunes, and stop for included lunch at Lancelin Beach Hotel. After that, you'll head to Nambung National Park for a guided walk through the Pinnacles Desert with its unusual limestone formations. The Pinnacles Desert Discovery Centre explains the area's cultural and natural heritage. Return to Perth along the Indian Ocean Drive, arriving around 6pm.

Rottnest Island
Take a trip to Rottnest Island, 19 kilometres off the coast. Head south from Perth through farmland to Busselton, which opens to the Margaret River region. Stop at Busselton Jetty (the longest timber jetty in the southern hemisphere) for morning tea (your cost). Then move into Margaret River for lunch with local gourmet platters and complimentary beer and cider at an old brewery. Visit a well-known winery for wine tasting and learn about production methods. Tour Mammoth Cave through gothic chambers, drive through Boranup Forest with its large Karri trees, and stop at Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse where two oceans meet. Stroll the Margaret River township, have light dinner at a restaurant (your cost), and return to Perth around 9:30pm.
