Wanted to see if there was any spots available but they would not look up to see if there was any seats available unless I paid in full. Stupidity I paid in full and then 2 days later they told me that the tour was full. I asked for a refund - they wanted to keep the money for another tour! The tour was over AUD $3000 and 1 month later, they still have not refunded the money. Contiki initially said 7-10 business days for a refund, then I had to chase them again, and then it was 21 days and the next email was 21 business days and now more than 1 month later, still no refund.Show moreTrip date: September 2023
