Most roads we travel on this trip are paved, providing a reasonably smooth ride. Many of the site explorations are completed on foot, often on uneven ground.

The best time to see the Northern Lights in Iceland is typically between September and April. They are based on the forecast so there is no way to guarantee when they will be out. However, Since February has a high chance of seeing the Northern Lights, if they are out during the tour you will be able to see them!
