Valletta
Morning starts with a sailing trip through Valletta's Grand Harbour on traditional dghajsa boats, followed by a walking tour with someone who knows the city well. After some time to explore on your own, you'll visit a Knight of Malta's home before taking the local ferry back to Sliema. The evening is free to relax.

- Day 4
Mdina - Band Club Dinner
Morning is yours to spend as you wish in Sliema. In the afternoon, an optional tour takes you to Mdina, the ancient 'Silent City' perched inland. From there, a retro bus takes you to a traditional village where life moves at a slower pace. You'll have a family-style dinner at a community band club where locals gather, giving you a real sense of how villages celebrate and socialize.

Sliema
The whole day is open. Stay in Sliema to relax, or head back to Valletta to see Caravaggio's work at Saint John's Co-Cathedral. If you want something different, join an optional full-day tour to Gozo, the second-largest island in the archipelago. The Ggantija temple complex there predates Stonehenge, making it one of the oldest free-standing structures in the world.

Ragusa
Early in the morning, you'll take a ferry to Sicily. The boat stops in Pozzallo, a seaside town where you'll have a traditional Sicilian breakfast with pastry and cappuccino. Next comes a visit to a family-owned herb farm to see how they grow organic aromatic plants, then lunch featuring herbs from the farm itself. By evening, you'll be settled into your hotel in Ragusa for a 3-night stay.

Taormina
Travel through southeastern Sicily's rugged landscape toward Siracusa. After that, a bus transfer takes you to Taormina, a resort town perched high above the Mediterranean. There's time to settle in and get oriented when you arrive.
