Itinerary
- Day 1
Luxor
You'll get picked up at Luxor Airport, the railway station, or your hotel and driven in an air-conditioned car to your 5-star Nile cruise for check-in. After having lunch on board, you'll head to Karnak Temple, the largest temple ever constructed, which spreads across about 63 acres and features massive columns and obelisks. Next you'll see Luxor Temple with its blend of ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic architecture. Then it's back to the cruise for dinner and your first night on the water.

- Day 2
Luxor West Bank to Edfu
Breakfast comes first, then you're heading to the West Bank to see the Theban Necropolis. You'll visit the Valley of the Kings where pharaohs carved their tombs into the mountainside, followed by the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari. There's a photo stop at the colossal Memnon statues before returning to the cruise for lunch. Afterward you'll spend time on deck relaxing as you sail down the Nile, enjoy afternoon tea on the sundeck, pass through Esna Lock, and arrive in Edfu for the night.

- Day 3
Edfu to Aswan
You'll start with breakfast and take a horse carriage to the Temple of Horus at Edfu, one of the most complete Egyptian temples still standing. After returning to the cruise, you can relax on deck watching the Nile landscape go by during the sail to Kom Ombo. Lunch happens on board with afternoon tea on the sundeck. In the late afternoon, you'll visit the double temple at Kom Ombo, which honors both Sobek the crocodile god and Horus the falcon god. Back on the cruise there's dinner, a folkloric show, and then sailing continues to Aswan for your overnight stay.

- Day 4
Aswan
After breakfast, your guide walks you through Aswan's highlights and explains the story of Nubian immigration. You'll see the High Dam, finished in 1960 to prevent flooding and create electricity for Egypt, which formed Lake Nasser, one of the world's largest artificial lakes. Then you'll take a small motorboat out to Philae Temple, a Greco-Roman temple for goddess Isis that UNESCO moved to a new location after the dam was built to save it from flooding. You have time to explore the temple and wander around, then head back for lunch on the cruise. The afternoon is free, and dinner includes a Nubian Show before you sleep on board.

Aswan Departure
After breakfast and checkout, you'll take a one-hour felucca sailing trip around Aswan's islands in a traditional small sailing boat. Then you'll get transferred to your hotel on Aswan's east bank, the airport, or the railway station for your departure.
