Or sometimes just the cab without the guide, It's important to find out about tours in advance, as they sometimes take place in the afternoon while other groups do them in the morning, and we had to wait for a guide for nothing. - AWAdam· January 7th, 2024We had a wonderful time but it was not necessarily because the cruise was up to standard. A very old ship, mediocre/poor food, and absolutely ZERO organization on the part of the tour operator. The tour should have been 3 days 2 nights rather than 5 days 4 nights and we still would have covered the same ground. A day is wasted sleeping in the boat both in Luxor and Aswan when you’d be better suited on your own, in my opinion (for the $ involved). Not all bad though - good service for the most part. Great stops. And cruising on the Nile is bound to be beautiful regardless of anything else. Price was competitive so all in all I think 3 stars is fair.
