From the moment we got picked up until we got to Porto was excellent. My partner had a mishap on the first day and the operator responded very well. We felt cared for and they were helpful. It was easy to get a ride for my partner and his bike with the luggage for 2 days. They were helpful in switching bikes from standard to e bikes, which made a huge difference. I was more than happy with the organisation and communication with Authentic Trails.

- For any tour departing before November 2nd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 2nd, 2025, a minimum payment of $0 is required to confirm your booking with Authentic Trails. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
