You have to choose at the time of booking as there is a slight price difference between a swag and a safari tent. We rent out sleeping bags for $40 that are quite warm so sleeping in a swag is fine and definitely safe - Safety is our main priority so if it wasn't a safe option we would not offer it! We do have first aid equipment and all of our guides are First Aid trained. We do have a satellite phone for emergencies only.

This tour includes a lot of driving. We were lucky that our tour guide, Gus, made the trip so memorable. Gus had a huge depth of knowledge about the places, animals and people we saw and stopped to show us animals we had asked about. It was a lovely, mixed age tour group and everyone made a big effort.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 16th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 16th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Autopia Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
