Alice
Asked on June 19th, 2024Do we get to chose whether we sleep in a permanent tent or a swag? Is it warm enough to sleep in a swag at that time of the year? Also, is it safe regarding all the dangerous and poisonous animals? Do you have first aid equipment on the tours? Are there satellit telefons or anything comparable with us on the tour for emergencies?
- Autopia ToursOperator•Written June 2024
You have to choose at the time of booking as there is a slight price difference between a swag and a safari tent. We rent out sleeping bags for $40 that are quite warm so sleeping in a swag is fine and definitely safe - Safety is our main priority so if it wasn't a safe option we would not offer it! We do have first aid equipment and all of our guides are First Aid trained. We do have a satellite phone for emergencies only.
