Asked on May 26th, 2024When do we have to be in Yulara? There is a flight from melbourne which arrives at 9:30 am.
- Adventure Tours AustraliaOperator•Written May 2024
Our tour begins pickups at 1:45-2:00pm. As you arrive at 9:30am, we recommend you get the little free shuttle to Desert Gardens hotel (takes 5 mins) and wait there for us to get you.

Traveler•Written May 2024Are there dates available for the 5 Days outback camping adventure? We are thinking about a tour around the first or second of December.
- Adventure Tours AustraliaOperator•Written May 2024
Due to the really high temperatures, we don't run the 5 days tour in summer and the last departure will be on the 27th of October. During the month of December we either have the 3 days Uluru Adventure (always finishing in Alice Springs) or the 4 days Uluru Adventure (always finishing in Ayers Rock).

Traveler•Written June 2024When start the tours (3 or 4 Days). Do you have already a Date for me? And where do the tours start?
- Adventure Tours AustraliaOperator•Written June 2024
We depart daily in October and do have availability on Sunday, 27th October. We have two options: 3 Day Uluru Adventure (Alice Springs to Alice Springs) and 3 Night Uluru Adventure (Yulara to Yulara).

Asked on January 7th, 2024I am traveling with three kids how would accommodation be arranged?
- Adventure Tours AustraliaOperator•Written January 2024
Our accomodation for this trip is twin permanent tents and then swag under the stars. Permanent tented camp (with shared facilities) (2 nights) Bush camp (2 nights). How old are the kids? Please be advised this is for 8 + and is a bush camp adventurous style trip.

Asked on January 4th, 2023I am interested in this tour and would like to know, at what time and where is the pickup and the end of the tour, so that I can look out for flights and hotels.
- Adventure Tours AustraliaOperator•Written January 2023
I have checked and we do have it available on the 25th of June. If your flight arrives before 1:00pm your guide will meet you at the front of the Desert Gardens hotel at 1:45pm. The Free Yulara Airport Shuttle is available from the airport to the Desert Gardens Hotel. No bookings are required, just look for the regular shuttle in front of the airport once you have collected your luggage. If your flight arrives between 1:00pm - 1:35 pm please meet your Adventure Tours Australia guide at Yulara (Ayers Rock Airport) at 14:00pm. You will end the tour on day 5 in Alice Springs at around 5-6pm.

Asked on November 7th, 2022What type of wildlife do you expect to see on this tour?
- Adventure Tours AustraliaOperator•Written November 2022
The Red Centre is such a stunning region of the country but you need to keep in mind it is the desert. Of course you have tons of kangaroos in the area, together with dingos, bats but i would say mainly rodents. If you are lucky you can also spot sand goannas (they are stunning) and of course the snakes we are so famous for around the world.

Asked on March 11th, 2022Can you go to the Field of Lights that night?
- Adventure Tours AustraliaOperator•Written March 2022
Unfortunately the Field of lights schedule doesn't match with our itinerary. We recommend to start the tour from Yulara and do the Field of lights the night before the tour starts. We have availability for the 4 of you on the Outback Camping Adventure on the 3rd of July.
