Itinerary
- Day 1
Cairo
You'll land at Cairo International Airport where a representative meets you for a private transfer to your hotel. Once there, check in and get settled for the night. This gives you a chance to rest up before your Egyptian adventure kicks off.
- Day 2
Cairo
Head out to see the Great Pyramids of Giza, where you'll walk around the pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus along with the Sphinx and Valley Temple. After that, you'll spend time at the Grand Egyptian Museum checking out treasures from 5,000 years of Ancient Egyptian civilization, like the Statue of King Ramses II and royal regalia.

Cairo to Aswan
Fly from Cairo to Aswan and board your Nile cruise ship. First, you'll visit Philae Temple, which sits on the Nile and was relocated to preserve it from flooding. The temple honors the goddess Isis. After returning to Aswan, head onto your cruise ship and have lunch as your Nile journey begins.

Aswan to Edfu
Your cruise heads down the Nile to Kom Ombo where you'll explore the temple dedicated to gods Horus and Sobek the Crocodile God. It's located right on the Nile's banks and has a unique dual-purpose design. By evening, there's an Egyptian Night Party on board with traditional Galabeya gowns and classic music from the 60s-70s plus Arabian selections.

Edfu to Luxor
You'll visit the large and well-preserved Edfu Temple, which honors Horus and was built during the Greco-Roman period under Cleopatra VII. Then the ship sails toward Luxor where you'll explore Luxor and Karnak temples dedicated to god Amun Ra. These feature massive pharaonic structures and the new path of sphinxes. Optional night temple shows are available if you're interested.

Luxor
An early morning takes you to Luxor's West Bank where you'll cross the Nile River to the Temple of Hatshepsut, honoring Egypt's famous female Pharaoh and her trade voyages to Somalia. After that, explore the Valley of the Kings with its 64 royal tombs and see the Colossus of Memnon. Later, you'll head to Luxor Airport for an evening flight back to Cairo and check into your hotel.
