Itinerary
- Day 1
Baltra to Santa Cruz
You'll land at Baltra airport and head straight into the Santa Cruz highlands to see giant tortoises at a local reserve. Lunch happens right there at a ranch so you can watch these creatures while you eat. After that, there's time to walk through the lava tunnels nearby before heading down to Puerto Ayora for the evening.

- Day 2
Santa Cruz Island
Breakfast at your hotel gets the day started, then you're on a chartered boat heading out to an uninhabited island for hiking with nice views from up there. After lunch back on the boat, you'll spend the afternoon snorkeling at Fisherman Bay where sea lions, turtles, and colorful fish hang out. The boat brings you back to Santa Cruz by evening.

Santa Cruz to Isabela Island
Start with breakfast in Puerto Ayora, then catch a public boat over to Isabela Island, which takes about 2 hours. Once you're settled in, you'll check out the Arnaldo Tupiza breeding center and the flamingo pools. Later in the afternoon, a boat takes you to Islote Las Tintoreras where you can spot wildlife and snorkel with sea turtles and manta rays before finishing up in Puerto Villamil.

- Day 4
Isabela Island to Santa Cruz
Transportation takes you to Sierra Negra Volcano for a hike on this active volcano, which last erupted in 2018. You'll walk the crater rim and get views across the volcanic landscape. After heading back to Puerto Villamil for lunch, you'll catch a speedboat back to Santa Cruz Island, which is about a 2 hour ride.

Santa Cruz Island
A chartered boat takes you to another uninhabited island where you'll hike and see wildlife from higher up. Lunch happens on board the boat, then you're in the water snorkeling around sea lions, turtles, and tropical fish. The boat brings you back to Santa Cruz, and transportation gets you to Puerto Ayora where you can wander around or just relax for the rest of the day.
