- Marco· April 1st, 2025Unfortunately, I didn't receive the link for immigration, and there was no way to withdraw Bolivian currency (it should have been stated at the Booking Confirmation that you can and must exchange money for Bolivian currency in San Pedro at a money exchange). My tour guide therefore had to lend me the money until we arrived in Uyuni! The hostel in San Pedro Aji Verde was very nice, but there were too many beds in the rooms (no room for backpacks; they were all on the floor, and you had to climb over them!) the hostel in Villa Mar the bed was Horrible to sleep like a hammock! salt hotel was greatShow more

Tour companie had good response but little confusion for not being English as first language. Also they supposed to send information for W-Treck few days before but I have to send urgent email to get information and vouchers. One more thing is bus vouchers is all in Spanish. If that is come with English will be more helpful. At the end tour was smooth and we had good weather had blast hiking Patagonia. Thank you for tourradar and Hi travel !Show more

Asked on July 24th, 20251. If we don't want bike tour in Santiago, will it make any difference on the price? Or will we get other things in lieu of this? 2. Saw that we need to bring own towel should we stay in certain accommodation. For this specific tour, do we need to bring our own towel? 3. For bus, is there any specific seat number or specific scheduled time that we must follow or we can take any bus on that day? 4. I saw that we need to make our own way to bus from hotel vice versa. How far/easy the (your typical) hotels from bus stations in Santiago and Valparaiso? 5. How much is the accommodation after the tour (when back to Santiago)?

Alternatively, if you'd like to replace it with another activity, just let us know what type of experience you're looking for and we'll suggest an option and calculate the updated price accordingly. 2- Towels at the Accommodation: This depends on the type of accommodation you choose: • If you stay in shared dorm hostel, towels are usually not included (but you can rent one at reception). • If you stay in private rooms or hotels, towels are always included. 3- Bus Schedule and Seat Assignments: Seats are assigned based on availability at the time of ticket issuance. You're welcome to let us know your preferred time frame, and we'll do our best to book a bus that matches it as closely as possible. 4- Distance from Hotels to Bus Stations: • In Santiago, our usual accommodations are located around 25 minutes (by car or public transport) from the bus terminal. • In Valparaíso, it's usually closer. Depending on the accommodation chosen, the distance is around 5 to 15 minutes. 5- Accommodation in Santiago after the tour: The price depends on the type of accommodation you prefer (hostel dorm, private room, hotel).
