We are just checking availability & that the Accomodation will give us a double room. She is 42 and I'm 52. We are both fit and healthy vegetarians. We plan to fly into cancun on Sunday 4th feb, spend a few days somewhere there and then get a flight to Mexico City on the morning of the 10th feb. I'm guessing there's plenty of internal flights available?!! Would we be able to get an airport transfer to the tour Accomodation upon arrival too?

Due to post-COVID lower volumes of travelers from our core markets and possible associated economic losses, if the minimum number of participants per departure is not met, we temporarily set up manual confirmations for each incoming booking in TourRadar. In this situation, not being able to confirm all requests for group departures, for those customers who still want to travel with us we introduced an option of private departures whose pricing was designed to reach a break-even point while still offering reasonable prices.

Traveler•Written January 2024looking at your options below and the availability info I clicked on, am I right saying that if Mesude and I were to do the tour on our own, it would cost us £1802 each? Would I right in be saying that we could start the tour on our chosen preferred date? If yes then that is good as we ideally don't want to start the tour in Mexico until 11th February. Whilst Mesude's flight back is on the 25th February.
