Florence
You'll arrive in Florence and get settled into your hotel. If you need transportation from the airport, that can be arranged for an extra charge. This gives you the rest of the day to rest up and get oriented to the city.

Florence
A guided food tour takes you through Florence's food scene. You'll taste cured meats and local cheeses, try wines, and sample traditional dishes like Pappa al Pomodoro. By the end of the day you'll have had creamy gelato and cantucci biscuits dipped in Vino Santo, the local dessert wine.

Pienza - Montepulciano
You'll drive through the Chianti region stopping at two different wineries to taste their wines and olive oils. After that, there's free time to explore the charming town of Pienza and grab lunch on your own. Later you head to Montepulciano where another winery offers wine and snacks. This day is self-guided so you set the pace and decide where to linger.

Florence
Florence is yours to explore however you'd like. You can spend time looking at Renaissance art, walk through the iconic architecture scattered throughout the city, or check out any of the other attractions that interest you. It's completely up to you how to spend the day.

- Day 5
Tuscany
Start the day at Mercato Centrale to see what seasonal produce and local specialties are available, or if it's closed you'll visit an estate garden instead. Then you'll head to a chef's kitchen deep in the Tuscan countryside where you'll learn to make fresh pasta, bruschetta, and Tuscan roast pork. After cooking, you'll sit down and eat what you prepared, paired with Chianti wine, before heading back to Florence.

Florence
It's time to leave Florence and head home, taking your memories of the food and wine from this Tuscan trip with you. Airport transfer can be arranged if you need it, and there is an additional fee for that service.
