We started our tour with a delicious crisp cheese Byrek from Byrektore, fresh fruit, cheese, walnuts and olives from Çam markets, coffee from Kafe Embeltore, a traditional almond biscuit, a delicious lunch at Gjellëtore Dibra finished off with a couple of rakis at Komiteti.
