The guide went out of his way to do the full program in the afternoon. That was a bit overdone, especially in the heat. But he wanted to give value for money. They were responsive when we contacted them and seemed quite friendly. At times it appeared that the Legend Groups representatives (Tony & Danny) weren’t paying enough attention to the questions we had concerning the details of our tour (please see the string of correspondence with them on your web site). The local Vientiane tour guide (Sai) was absolutely outstanding! His knowledge and ability to speak and understand English was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy and taken care of. The tour guide in Luang Prabang was good too but his knowledge and ability to speak and understand English was limited. Last day felt a bit superfluous - was spent going round a market and visiting a second weaving demonstration (had already seen one in Luang Prabang). Would have preferred to have seen other sights of Vientiane. Tour guides were fantastic.
