Itinerary
- Day 1
Marrakech
You'll arrive in Marrakech and start exploring the medina right away. Begin at the Koutoubia Mosque and walk through its gardens, then navigate the souks where you'll find spices, woodwork, and local crafts. The Ben Youssef Madrasa comes next with its ornate architecture and courtyards. By evening, head to Jemaa el-Fna square where musicians and street performers bring the area to life. After taking in the atmosphere, return to your riad for the night.

High Atlas Mountains
Travel to Amizmiz, a small mountain town in the High Atlas foothills. After checking out the local market, you'll meet your mountain guide for a hike on quiet paths through traditional Berber villages. You'll visit a local family for a traditional lunch, then spend time with another Berber family sharing tea and meals. This gives you a real sense of mountain life and how the terraced farmland works in the region.

- Day 3
High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech
This morning you'll have breakfast with your hosts before continuing the hike through local scenery and nearby towns. Later, you'll head back to Marrakech to explore the kasbah area south of Jemaa el-Fna. You'll see the Saadian Tombs, El Badi Palace gardens, the Mellah Jewish quarter, and Bahia Palace. If there's time before evening, the Dar Di Said Museum is worth a stop to see traditional Moroccan arts and crafts.

- Day 4
Marrakech to Essaouira
You'll travel west from Marrakech across rolling plains and through argan forests, heading toward Essaouira on the coast. Once there, you can walk through the UNESCO-protected medina and explore the 18th-century Skala de la Kasbah seafront ramparts with their brass cannons. If you're interested, try horseback riding in the surf or kitesurfing. End the day with fresh seafood at a local restaurant.

- Day 5
Essaouira to Marrakech
You'll return to Marrakech from Essaouira, and along the way there's an option to stop at an Argan Cooperative to see how argan oil is made from the nut. Back in Marrakech, visit the 12th-century Almoravid Koubba, then spend time at the Marrakech Museum housed in a 19th-century palace. The museum has exhibits of modern and traditional art from Berber, Moroccan Jewish, and Islamic cultures.
