Itinerary
- Day 1
Darwin to Kakadu National Park
You'll travel 300km from Darwin heading toward Kakadu National Park, with a stop at Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve where you can spot native wildlife in their natural habitat. After grabbing lunch in Jabiru and spending time browsing local art, you'll check into your accommodation at Cooinda. Later this evening, you'll take a 2-hour cruise on Yellow Water at sunset, which is when the light really hits the landscape nicely. The day wraps up with a 3-course dinner featuring Territory flavors and regional specialties.

- Day 2
Kakadu National Park to Darwin
If you're up for it, there's an optional early start to catch sunrise from Burrungkuy's Nawurlandja lookout, then breakfast follows. You'll walk through rock art galleries at Burrungkuy to see the ancient paintings and learn about their significance. After checking out, you'll participate in a hands-on Aboriginal cultural art experience at Warradjan Cultural Centre, where local community members and traditional owners lead the session. A picnic lunch happens in the tropical surroundings, and then it's a 300km drive back to Darwin, getting you there by 6pm.
