Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival
You'll arrive at the farmhouse and get settled into your apartment from 2pm onward. This gives you time to unpack and get oriented before dinner.
- Day 2
Wine Tasting & Montefalco
Head out to a winery that makes Sagrantino di Montefalco wines. You'll walk through the vineyards and cellars to see how they work, then taste several wines paired with local Umbrian food and cheese. After that, you can drive over to the medieval town of Montefalco to walk around the old streets and see the historic buildings.

Landmarks Montefalco - Day 3
Truffle Hunting Experience
Join a guided truffle hunting session with trained dogs and an expert who'll show you the whole process. You'll learn how to dig them up and see what happens in the processing. Later you'll visit the truffle lab where you can try different varieties and understand how they're used in cooking.

Spoleto & Black Truffle Heritage
Spend the day in the medieval town of Spoleto on a guided tour through the old town and the surrounding hills. You'll meet with local truffle producers who'll show you truffle-infused products and talk about how truffle hunting connects to the area's food culture and history.
