Paul· August 22nd, 2025While the tour itself was good, during the Amazon trip your bags are transported by boat to the lodge in the amazon. The boat driver stopped off for gasoline in the middle of the amazon river and overfilled the boat tank, leading to my baggage being a quarter filled with gasoline and me and two of the other passengers having gasoline lap around our feet (in the middle of the amazon river) The tour company paid for the lodge washing machine to wash my baggage, but obviously much of it was destroyed by the solvent properties of gasoline, and even the stuff that went through the wash having to be thrown away because it stilled smelled of it a week later. Several times during our trip he was in the right place at the right time, to save us a very precious memory and also was there to save the day, when we dropped our passports, which he quickly recovered. Very many cudos to him,,, he is a very special man. I would also like to thank our Rio guide, Wilson. He is a very funny and caring man. We got on so well with him, that he was like a brother to us both. Thanks again Wilson. To both of them, we hope that one day our paths will cross again. Julia, our guide in Buenos Aires, was extremely knowledgible on the history and legends of her City. Over and over her passion came through to us as we listened to her stories. CosmosOperator•Written June 2024The flights that are included are from Manaus (Amazon Jungle) to Rio de Janeiro, from Rio de Janeiro to Iguassu Falls and from Iguassu Falls to Buenos Aires. All other flights will have to be arranged independently.
