Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi to Hoang Su Phi
The hotel pick-up happens at 6:30 AM from your Old Quarter location, and then you'll have a 5-hour drive heading out through National Road toward Hoang Su Phi. By afternoon, you'll arrive at Panhou Village, which sits in the Song Chay mountains. After checking in at Panhou Retreat eco-lodge, you can settle in and rest before starting your trek the next morning.

- Day 2
Panhou Village
Breakfast happens at the Panhou Village restaurant, and if you're interested, there's time to walk around the eco-lodge gardens that the Tays gardeners maintain. At 9 AM, you head out with your local guide for a 5-hour trek through tropical forests and rice terraces. Lunch breaks in a Red Dao village during the hike, then you'll continue walking through manioc fields, bamboo forests, and tea plantations before visiting a Yao village. After that, it's back to Panhou in the late afternoon.

- Day 3
Panhou Village to Hanoi
Start the morning with breakfast at Panhou Retreat, then travel to Lang Giang Village to see the weekly market. Different communities come together there in traditional colorful clothing to trade goods, so it's worth taking time to walk around and observe. Afterward, you'll head back to Panhou for some quiet time before the transfer back to Hanoi.
