Syracuse
There's an optional excursion to Valletta where you can walk through the Maltese capital perched on a cliff with architecture from the Knights of Saint John. You'll have the chance to visit Saint John's Co-Cathedral before the ship cruises toward Syracuse later in the day.

Syracuse
An optional excursion takes you to Neapolis Archaeological Park to see Roman and Greek theaters, then you can walk through Ortigia's medieval streets and baroque palaces along the charming harbor. Spend the afternoon on your own exploring the city center or visiting Castello Maniace. The ship heads to Vibo Marina in the evening.

You have the option to explore Tropea, a coastal town on a rocky cliff with a Norman cathedral at its center. Wander the historical area, try regional products, and find time for shopping or a coffee break. Back on the ship, use the pool and catch the Italian cocktail demonstration on the Sun Deck.

Cruising Mediterranean
Spend your day at sea taking advantage of onboard activities. Check out the fitness room, get a massage, relax on the Sun Deck, or try whatever services are available. By evening, join the crew on the Sun Deck for an aperitivo with Italian music playing.

La Spezia
An optional excursion lets you explore Elba, Italy's third largest island. Walk through Portoferraio with its distinctive pink limestone streets and visit the Palazzina dei Mulini where Napoleon stayed. Then travel by coach to Porto Azzuro to see Longone Fort before heading back. Later there's an onboard presentation followed by the gala evening.

Nice
You can choose between two full-day excursions. The classic option visits Santa Margherita Ligure, takes a boat tour to Portofino with lunch included, then goes to Sestri Levante. The discovery route takes you by train through Cinque Terre villages including Manarola, Monterosso with lunch at a local restaurant, and Vernazzo. Afterward the ship cruises to Nice.
