  The tour was a disaster. We've been picked up from our place by a van and not by 4x4. After approximately 6 hours driving we arrive in what the operator called camp. We had a room which needed a huge amount of hygiene improvements, no enough water for shower and the toilet didnt flush (we had to use the outside public toilet for our needs so we can flush it). Craftily the owner of the camp advise us that they will be a chance of power shortage as the country is rationing, but we found out it was a complete lie as it was the only one who were cutting the power off to save money. You imagine arrive at the camp from a full day safari and turning back to facilities with no water, electricity and Internet. It was a nightmare as I couldn't connect with my loved one to reassure them that everything were great (but it wasn't). The food choice were four and one vegan option. For breakfast we had a basic choice and the milk was mixed with water, and when I asked for only milk option they were upset and gave me just a small cup of it. We were greeted with not positive attitude, but with hostility, and wherever we went the tour guide strategically stops to shops so we can spend our money in each of them. Another scam. At the end of the safari they asked us for tips. None of our group gave one. They are hidden extra mandatory fees to participate to this safari, so read the small print at the end of the advert description. Avoid a d don't consider this operator.

  That was one of the best experiences of our lives! The staff treated us like family, the food was amazing and our game driver Ambros went above and beyond, to find all of the big 5 game. We can't say enough about how warm and welcoming everyone was.

  This was a basic safari experience but the effort our guide Sammy put in to make it the best possible adventure he could for our small group made the trip very worthwhile. The visit to the Masai village was a highlight which I am pleased I took the chance to see. Our accommodation was not quite at the standard I had hoped for and the food on offer was sometimes inedible, but those are minor issues because the overall experience was very memorable.

  Sammi the driver and guide shepherded us superbly. He was caring, informative and was earnest in locating best views of the animals. Meals and accommodation were spot on although the picnic ended a little dry after being in the van for 24 hours.

  My review will not give justice to the amazing job done by George at Perfect Africa Safari. From the time we contacted George he has made this experience nothing less than perfect. George at Perfect Africa Safaris was not just a tour guide he was a host, travel agent and has become a life long friend. He first connected us with previous visitors who went on the Safari to give us an idea and it truly made the difference. Due to COVID our flights were changed and he was very flexible to provide the best experience possible. He also stayed in touched leading up to our flights to Kenya. He scheduled all of our accommodations while in Africa as well as arranged our pick ups and drop offs to the airport. From the time we landed in Kenya George made us feel at home. George was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He gave us an amazing experience while educating us on the culture, the people and way of life. He said ask any question and he always had an answer. On the Safari tours we were able to see all of the Big 5 some animals were so close that at arms length it felt as though we could pet them. (not allowed to pet them because they are wild) One of the greatest highlights was visiting the Maasai Village and learning first hand from the villagers about the culture. I can write paragraphs about this life changing trip but I’ll some it up with book with George at Perfect African Safari this has been one of the best experiences of my life so far .
