- Day 1 Join tour in Negombo
- Day 2 Cycle along the coast road to Chilaw. Relax by the river at our lodge
- Day 3 Sunrise yoga session then explore village and paddy fields on foot. Sunset kayaking on the Wadiya River
- Day 4 Search for leopard, elephant and birdlife on a Jeep safari in Wilpattu National Park. Afternoon relaxing
- Day 5 Drive to Anaradhapura and explore this ancient city on an easy bike ride
- Day 6 Walk up Mihintale Mount, search for elephant in Minneriya National Park and learn how to cook a traditional Sri Lankan dish
- Day 7 Climb Sigirya Lion Rock and explore the ancient city of Polonnaruwa by bike
- Day 8 Trek in the Knuckles Range. Drive to Kandy and visit the Temple of the Tooth

The staff at the lodge were fantastic and terrific and the food was superb. They also organised a river safari due to weather conditions preventing us doing our original keep safari on the intended day and this was absolutely excellent and we would suggest including this in the tour itinerary. The elephant safari was also exceptional. Tea plantation at Bluefield Tea was very interesting (because we love tea!) White water rafting was excellent and our guide was great.
